In Japan it is said that a crying baby grows healthy and strong. Naki-Sumo is a traditional ceremony for praying baby's happiness and good health by competing with baby's crying voices. It has a history about 30 years. Babies who were born in previous year are entitled to join this contest. Each baby is held by a Sumo wrestler, and stimulated to cry without any harms.
